ARU Open House
We want to hear from you! Join us at the Open House to learn more about Additional Residential Units (ARUs) and provide your feedback on how we can update the Zoning By-law to expand opportunities for alternative and affordable housing in our community.
The purpose of the Open House is to:
- Provide a brief background on the ARU zoning by-law update
- Provide an overview of the process for the ZBL update
- Receive feedback on the key topic areas and any other issues being considered in the ZBL update
